Sure, it’s hot outside (it’s September in Southern California, after all) but reviewer Brad A. Johnson reminds us that soup makes everything better, which might be especially true during a pandemic.

Yuk Dae Jang, which recently opened locations in Irvine and Buena Park, specializes in Korean beef soups with rich bone broths.

Johnson said while the takeaway packaging is luxurious, it’s the food inside that is really, really good. Continue reading.

New start of JT Schmid’s

The bronze quail closes
