The New Home Company returns to Irvine with spacious residences in the Rise neighborhood of Great Park

Today NEW HOME announced its return to Irvine with Atlas, a collection of thoughtful, sprawling residences in Rise at the Great Park Neighborhoods.

NEW HOME has entered into a strategic relationship with the developer of Great Park Neighborhoods (FivePoint) on Atlas, which is currently under construction. The detached single-family homes offer a contemporary mix of traditional and modern architecture with spacious floor plans ranging from 3,360 to 3,647 square feet with up to five bedrooms. Atlas residents have access to the many community amenities that define Rise Village, with pools, clubhouses, parks, sky decks, and trails to explore and enjoy.

A list of interests is currently being drawn up for Atlas and NEW HOME expects a sales launch and model house debut in early 2021. Prices are expected to start in the mid-$ 1 million.
