Those who love Cambodia and Laos are likely to find a San Diego food truck as a favorite.
The Sticky Rice Spot, launched in 2018, is designed to raise awareness of Southeast Asian cuisine, according to a report by San Diego Eater.
The truck originally started out as a pop-up food company, now owner Andrew Singo is focused on the business. The truck offers family recipes from its seat on 1619 G Street in the East Village from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Fans can also find the truck in the Miguelitos Food Court on Saturdays.
The menu includes Banh Mi, Laos, and Khmer specialties, including Cambodian lemongrass chicken stir-fries.
