San Clemente’s Left Coast Brewing Co. has opened a second location with a grill restaurant and distillery in Irvine – Orange County Register
San Clemente-based Left Coast Brewing Co. has expanded north, but not too far, opening a second brewery in Irvine on Wednesday July 11th.
This new location includes a grill restaurant and a distillery on the premises, a 5300 square meter area with 104 seats in the restaurant and 24 on the terrace.
“The opening of our second tasting room in Irvine is a fantastic way to bring more beer from the Left Coast to our fans while reaching a new community,” said Tommy Hadjis, general manager of the brewery.
Hop juice Triple IPA, Trestles IPA, Tripel Ale, Belgian asylum style, and other typical beers will be served along with a new smoked season, which is exclusive to Irvine and which should go with the menu. Chef Jason Tsiames serves Kansas City-style meats like brisket, which is slowly cooked and then smoked for 75 hours, and smoked pork, which he uses as a topping for macaroni and cheese. One of the pages is “Cast Iron Corn Bread”.
Guests are invited to try home-distilled vodka in cocktails like the Paradise Shores with coconut milk, mint, egg white, lemon, simple syrup, and pineapple juice.
“We put a lot of time and passion into our menu and our new distillery,” said Hadjis. “And we are confident that long-time and new fans of the Left Coast will fall in love with our expanded offer.”
